By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Kip Jon Collaborations offers various services including executive coaching, international speaking engagements, facilitation, and training programs. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when registering for our services and to keep their information up to date. Users must not misuse our services or use them for unlawful purposes.

Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching and Training Services

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

2. Speaking Engagements

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Workshops and Programs

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled workshop or program will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

All client information and sessions are confidential. We will not disclose any information without your consent unless required by law.

2. Intellectual Property
